Cancellation Policy
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I request at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If cancelling or rescheduling occurs in less than 48 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment time, a fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled services will be charged to the card on file or invoiced to you. If you feel sick or if you have been exposed to ill individuals, we ask that you please stay home. To ensure the safety of our guests and ourselves, there will be no penalty for last minute cancellations or reschedules due to illness. Arriving late may limit the time available for your service, thus lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Guests who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time will be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
